Project Manager

This role is responsible for providing subject matter expertise of various complexities based on an in-depth understanding of the systems, processes, and functional business requirements. This role requires helping design and develop technical solutions while supporting business with the management and maintenance of business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management and Change Delivery Management

· Planning, leading, organizing, and controlling the team on projects execution and maintenance activities.

· Manage and deliver technology projects and changes by engaging with various internal and external stakeholders and adopting the project management framework to ensure projects are completed within the defined timelines and budgets.

· Manage the development, configuration, parameterisation, testing, deployment of technology changes and transition to production while extending support and guidance to business users for planning/conducting software acceptance testing

· Develop project approvals, RFPs, technical documents, procedures, transition documents and other project related documentation within scope of the subject matter of the project in line with the required standards

· Coordinate with delivery teams in planning and monitoring and adapt to changing business priorities to ensure technology changes are aligned with business requirements/priorities

· Manage planning and budgeting for technology projects and coordinate and contribute for preparation of business-initiated technology projects

· People Management: Manage self and team in line with Seer's people management policies, procedures, processes, and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance

· Manage the effective achievement of the team’s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team, and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement, and motivation

· Policies, Process, Systems and Procedures for the effective handling and closure of the project

· Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that Seer delivers best-in-class services, products, and innovation

Years of Experience

10-15 years of experience.

Banking or Fintech domain is an added advantage.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level UI/UX Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both design principles and front-end development, enabling them to create intuitive, engaging, and functional user interfaces. You will work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to implement responsive designs, ensuring a seamless experience across devices and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design and Development:

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
• Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Develop functional and responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (or frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Prototyping and Wireframing:

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to visually communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs and iterate based on user feedback.

Front-End Development:

• Translate design concepts into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS/JavaScript code.
• Ensure that all user interface elements are developed with clean and maintainable code.
• Optimize web pages for performance and accessibility.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate the UI with server-side applications.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with project requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to improving the overall user experience.
• Work with QA teams to ensure that the final product meets design specifications and works across different browsers and devices.

User Research and Testing:

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Design Skills:

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of design systems, color theory, typography, and layout principles.

Development Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.

3. Stakeholder Communication:

· Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

4. Documentation and Training:

· Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

· Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools.
